Uncoiler motor is controlled by VFD, stepless speed regulation, speed control as required, photoelectric self-stop device is set at the end of the workbench, the flax sliver will automatically stop at the end of the conveyor belt, after the hemp bundle is removed, the conveyor belt will automatically run.

Variable Application
This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with a hackling machine. The sliver splitting process is cancelled, thus achieve the purpose of saving manpower. In areas with high labour wages, it can be docked with hackling machines, which can save work space, reduce procedures, and labor costs.
Besides, one hackling machine can be equipped with three encoilers. It has a good effect of splitting and is suitable for areas with low wages.
