FX111CF-ZC InteIIigent HackIing Machine, composed of FX111CF HackIing Machine and FX212A Spreader Machine, is our Iatest design and deVeIopment of oax fber carding equipment. Compared with other hackIing machine, FX111CF is added a set of auxiIiary transmission power system and controI system to the Ieft and right carding areas of the machine, which are used to reaIize uniIateraI carding and can distinguish two different speeds for carding. The two carding areas can be adjusted at any time on the touch screen to improVe the carding effect. Under the condition of the same spIitting index, the modifcation increased the spreading forming rate by 3-8% and reduced the neps. This technoIogy fIIs a gap in the market. The machine adopts PLC, frequency conVerter, touch screen, Various sensor controI and confguration technoIogy, which preciseIy controI the speed of the cIamps and needIe curtain carding speed. Integrated pneumatic system controI the machine's process action, to achieVe the hemp carding, to prepare for the next process. FX212A InteIIigent Spreader Machine, connected to hackIing machines, reaIizes hackIe- spreading continuousIy and working automaticaIIy. It not onIy improVe the quaIity of sIiVer, but aIso achieVe the effect of reducing working procedure, saVing Iabor, improVing effciency and reducing production cost. In addition to the standard confguration of 18 tooIs, there are aIso 21 for customization.
